Welcome to the Glimmer Goo Slime Care Guide!

We’re so excited you’re here! Whether you’re brand new to slime or already a certified slime pro, taking care of your Glimmer Goo will help it last longer, stay stretchy, and keep its magical texture. Below you’ll find tips and tricks to keep your slime in top shape—plus what to do if it ever gets a little too sticky.

1. Always wash hands first

Sticky Slime hands

Clean hands = clean slime! Dirt and oils can make slime break down faster. Make sure to wash them after as well.

2. Store in container

Store In Container

Keep your slime in its airtight container when you're not using it. This helps prevent it from drying out.

3. Play on a clean surface

Slime Play

Avoid carpets, fabrics, and pets! Use a smooth surface like a tray or desk.

4. If it gets sticky...

Sticky Slime

Use a small amount of activator (few sprays of the slime activator provided) and knead gently until it firms up.

5. If It gets stiff...

Stiff Slime

Add a drop of lotion, glycerin, or warm water and knead slowly to soften it.

6. Don't eat it (even if it smells yummy!)

Slime is for fun, not food. Not suitable for children under 3.

7. Slime is like therapy - use it to relax

Strechy Slime

Stretch, squish, swirl, and poke - slime is soothing, calming, and a fun way to ease anxiety.

8. Use quick motions when playing

Slime

Slime likes energy! Slow movements can make it stick to your hands, but fast stretches, pulls, and squishes help it stay smooth and fun to play with.

9. Be kind to your slime - Don't add too much

Perfect slime

Avoid over-activating or adding random things that could ruin its texture.
